Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions, ensuring all procedures comply with company policies and security standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked checkout area and cash register throughout the shift.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Accurately process refunds, exchanges, and handle any discrepancies according to established protocols.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
