Cleaning Service Coordinator

About the Role

The Cleaning Service Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the daily execution of cleaning services. This involves managing schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring all assigned tasks are completed to the highest quality standards. The coordinator acts as a key liaison between cleaning staff, management, and clients, fostering clear communication and addressing any operational issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate cleaning assignments for staff and subcontractors.
• Supervise cleaning teams to ensure adherence to established procedures and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinating replenishment as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and report on service performance.
• Resolve any operational challenges or client concerns related to cleaning services.
• Maintain accurate records of service delivery, staff hours, and inventory usage.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in cleaning management or operations preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience coordinating or managing cleaning services.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and client interaction.
• Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) for scheduling and reporting.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
