Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing and implementing reliability, monitoring, and alerting systems.
• Participate in postmortem analysis to identify and mitigate potential failures.
• Collaborate with developers and operations teams to create a reliable, high-performing infrastructure.
• Develop and optimize systems to automate maintenance and monitor service health.
• Engage in code reviews, documentation, and best-practice sharing.

Requirements

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with cloud platforms, such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Experience: Basic understanding of systems and network administration, with a hands-on approach to learning new technologies.
• Problem-solving: Ability to think critically and troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
