Sukenda HanggarPratama is seeking dedicated individuals to fill the positions of Courier and Office Helper for our Jakarta-based operations. About the Role
The Courier and Office Helper will be responsible for a range of tasks supporting both office administration and courier logistics within the Jakarta office. This position requires individuals who are organized, reliable, and possess strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general office duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Support courier operations by preparing packages, managing delivery schedules, and tracking shipments.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the office and courier areas.
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed, including answering phones and directing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries and office activities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or office administration is advantageous.
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within courier services or office support, is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with common office software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to perform driving duties for courier tasks.
