Lead Engineer/Engineer (Transformation), xDigital

The Digital TransformationEngineer plays a pivotal role in supporting the Head of Transformation at Home Team Science and Technology Agency (HTX) in Singapore. This position is fundamental to driving HTX's digital transformation initiatives, focusing on the development and deployment of innovative digital solutions. The engineer will leverage low-code platforms to build and implement these solutions efficiently, contributing directly to the agency's strategic goals of modernizing its digital capabilities and enhancing service delivery to the Home Team.

About the Role

This role involves close collaboration with the Head of Transformation and other key stakeholders to identify, design, and execute digital transformation projects. The engineer will be responsible for translating strategic objectives into actionable technical solutions using low-code development methodologies. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering high-impact digital outcomes that support HTX's transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Transformation in planning, developing, and deploying digital transformation initiatives.
