Key Responsibilities

- Document detailed technical support cases, including root cause analysis and solutions, to maintain knowledge bases and improve future support.

- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in providing technical support, ideally within a web-based or software engineering context.
