PT Sinar Prapanca is seeking a dedicated Trainer Site to join our team in Jakarta. About the Role

The Trainer Site will be responsible for creating, updating, and conducting training sessions tailored to different audiences, including internal teams and external clients. This includes designing engaging learning materials, facilitating workshops, and providing ongoing support to ensure training objectives are met. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying training needs and adapting content accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs aligned with product features and company goals.
• Conduct workshops, seminars, and online sessions for diverse audiences.
• Create and maintain up-to-date training resources and documentation.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure training content remains current and relevant.
• Gather feedback and evaluate training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in training or instructional design, preferably within a corporate or client-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using standard office software and presentation tools.
