The Packaging Technician role is pivotal within the Supply Chain department, specifically supporting the Sampangagung Brewery operations. This position focuses on ensuring the integrity, safety, and quality of Multi Bintang's products throughout the packaging process. The technician plays a critical role in maintaining efficient production lines, adhering to stringent quality standards, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and company procedures. This is a hands-on position requiring meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities:** * Perform packaging operations on production lines, including filling, capping, labeling, and sealing products according to established procedures and quality specifications. * Conduct regular quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet visual, weight, and labeling requirements before release. * Operate and maintain packaging machinery, performing routine checks and minor adjustments to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime. * Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within the packaging area. * Assist in the preparation of packaging materials and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the packaging workspace. * Collaborate with the Supply Chain team to identify and report any packaging-related issues or inefficiencies. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in manufacturing, packaging, or a related field is advantageous. * Proven experience (minimum 1 year) in a manufacturing, packaging, or production environment, preferably within the food and beverage industry. * Strong understanding of packaging processes, machinery operation, and quality control principles. * Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work consistently. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented production environment, often requiring shift work. * Basic computer literacy for data entry or reporting tasks as required. * Physical ability to perform the duties of the role, which may include standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and working in a controlled environment.
