Key Responsibilities

- Contribute to the selection, evaluation, and curation of product lines to ensure the assortment meets evolving customer needs and enhances brand appeal.
- Support the analysis of sales data and market trends to inform merchandising decisions and optimize product performance.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient inventory management and timely product replenishment.
- Assist in the execution of promotional activities and visual merchandising plans to maximize sales impact.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a merchandising, buying, or related retail role, preferably within the consumer goods or fashion industry.
- Proven ability to analyze market data and translate insights into actionable merchandising strategies.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing product assortments and inventory.
