The Assistant Director (Corporate Partnerships & Programmes) plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the corporate partnership strategy for the Community Service & Development Centre (CS CDC) within the People's Association. This position is central to fostering and managing relationships with corporate partners to support the centre's mission of community development and service. The role involves leading the strategic direction for corporate partnerships, ensuring alignment with broader organisational goals, and acting as the key coordinator for partnership initiatives across various teams within the CDC. The focus is on developing robust strategies, establishing efficient systems, and creating effective processes to maximise the impact and sustainability of corporate collaborations. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Strategic Leadership:** Develop, implement, and oversee the corporate partnership strategy for the CS CDC, ensuring it supports the centre's objectives and community impact goals. * **Partnership Coordination:** Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for corporate partnerships across all relevant teams within the CDC, facilitating seamless collaboration and communication. * **Relationship Management:** Build, nurture, and maintain strong, productive relationships with corporate partners, understanding their objectives and aligning them with the centre's needs. * **Process Development:** Establish and refine systems, processes, and frameworks to manage corporate partnerships effectively, including proposal development, contract management, and reporting. * **Initiative Management:** Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of specific corporate partnership programmes and initiatives, ensuring they deliver tangible community benefits. * **Stakeholder Engagement:** Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., programme managers, finance, communications) and external partners to ensure successful partnership delivery. **Requirements:** * **Education:** A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline. * **Experience:** Significant experience (typically 5+ years) in corporate partnerships, business development, or a related field, with a proven track record of developing and managing successful corporate relationships. * **Strategic Acumen:** Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans for corporate partnerships, including identifying opportunities, defining objectives, and measuring success. * **Leadership & Coordination:** Strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across multiple teams and departments to achieve partnership goals. * **Communication & Negotiation:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities. * **Analytical Skills:** Proficiency in analysing partnership performance data and using insights to inform strategy and decision-making. * **Organisation & Initiative:** Highly organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously with attention to detail.
