About the Role

The Teknisi AC Solo Baru will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning units across various sites within Central Java. This position requires a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of AC system components and troubleshooting techniques. The role involves working independently and collaboratively to resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled maintenance and preventive checks on AC units to ensure peak efficiency and longevity.
• Diagnose and repair malfunctions in air conditioning systems, including compressors, condensers, evaporators, and electrical components.
• Install new AC units and integrate them into existing systems according to technical specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct inspections and tests to verify system functionality and identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used.
• Respond promptly to service calls and work within agreed-upon timeframes to minimize downtime.

Requirements

• Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) as an AC Technician, preferably within a similar operational environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of AC systems, including refrigeration cycles, electrical controls, and common troubleshooting methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for site visits across Central Java.
• Knowledge of relevant safety protocols and equipment operation.
