About the Role
This position is crucial for developing and executing strategic workforce planning initiatives. You will partner with senior leadership to forecast talent needs, analyze workforce data, and design proactive strategies to ensure Grab has the right people, skills, and capabilities to achieve our ambitious growth objectives across Southeast Asia. Your work will directly influence talent acquisition, retention, and development programs.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic workforce planning models and scenarios to support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Analyze workforce data, market trends, and internal capabilities to identify talent gaps and opportunities.
- Collaborate with business leaders to translate strategic goals into actionable workforce plans and talent strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations on workforce optimization, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
- Lead the development and execution of workforce planning processes, including forecasting, benchmarking, and scenario planning.
- Communicate complex workforce insights clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in HR, with at least 3 years focused specifically on strategic workforce planning, talent management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to develop and execute strategic workforce plans aligned with business objectives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools and interpreting complex workforce data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing senior leadership.
- Experience partnering with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
