About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and technical support tickets promptly and effectively.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Document all support interactions and solutions for future reference and knowledge base updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address recurring issues and improve system performance.
- Provide clear, concise instructions to customers to guide them through solutions.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical support, preferably within a similar technical environment.

- Basic understanding of networking, operating systems, and common software applications.
