As part of its expanding portfolio, the organization seeks a strategic Hospitality Implementation Consultant to support the deployment and optimization of its platform within the hotel management ecosystem.
About the Role
In this position, you will act as the primary liaison between hotel clients and internal product teams, guiding the configuration and integration of Shiji’s platform across diverse property types. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications, oversee rollout schedules, and ensure that implementations align with best‑practice standards and client objectives. The role demands a blend of analytical insight, project‑management acumen, and a deep understanding of hospitality workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Conduct discovery workshops with hotel stakeholders to capture functional needs and translate them into actionable implementation plans.
- Configuration & Customization: Configure platform modules, manage data migrations, and tailor workflows to meet specific operational requirements.
- Project Management: Develop project timelines, monitor milestones, and coordinate resources to deliver implementations on schedule and within scope.
- Training & Support: Provide end‑user training sessions and post‑deployment support, ensuring smooth adoption and operational continuity for hotel staff.
- Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback, identify optimization opportunities, and collaborate with product teams to refine platform functionality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a client‑facing technical role within the hospitality or related service industry.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in data integration concepts and experience with API‑based systems.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
