About the Role

The Product Development role involves leading the end-to-end process of developing new products and improving existing ones. This includes defining product requirements, conducting market research, and overseeing the development lifecycle from concept to launch. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for creating products that deliver exceptional value to customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to define product requirements and specifications.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities and trends.
• Develop detailed product specifications and technical documentation.
• Oversee the product development process, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.
• Present product concepts and progress to stakeholders and management.
• Ensure products comply with relevant regulations and quality standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Product Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product development, preferably within the manufacturing or consumer goods sector.
• Proven experience in managing the product development lifecycle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, PLM systems).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
