About the Role
You will be responsible for managing key aspects of student financial operations, ensuring the integrity and timeliness of financial data. Your focus will be on optimizing existing financial systems and procedures to improve operational effectiveness and support the broader financial objectives of the Institute.Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee core student financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Perform regular account reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and process financial reports and statements related to student accounts.
- Identify areas for process improvement within financial operations and implement changes.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve financial inquiries and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of financial systems and software.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in financial operations, accounts payable/receivable, or a similar role.
- Proven ability to manage financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in financial software packages (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
