About the Role

You will be responsible for the proactive maintenance, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues related to our gaming equipment. This involves collaborating closely with both internal teams and external manufacturers to address operational challenges swiftly and effectively. Your expertise will be critical in minimizing downtime and ensuring the smooth execution of our gaming activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on gaming equipment, including shuffle machines and other associated hardware.
• Diagnose and resolve technical malfunctions promptly, working independently or with the technical support team.
• Communicate effectively with manufacturers' representatives and internal technical teams to escalate issues and implement solutions.
• Document all maintenance activities and technical support interactions accurately and thoroughly.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical support or maintenance within a gaming, casino, or similar operational environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Basic understanding of gaming equipment systems and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
