About the Role
The Curation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of engaging content and experiences that enhance the Conrad Bali guest journey. This involves collaborating closely with various departments to curate authentic local insights, cultural elements, and unique offerings that showcase Bali's rich heritage while maintaining the high standards expected of a Conrad property. The role focuses on creating compelling narratives and experiences that resonate with our discerning guests and reinforce our position as a leading luxury destination.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage content strategies for Conrad Bali's guest experience, including digital platforms, in-room materials, and on-property activations.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, operations, and local partners to identify and curate authentic Bali experiences, ensuring alignment with Conrad Bali's brand identity and luxury positioning.
- Research and source unique local experiences, cultural activities, and partnerships that provide guests with memorable and immersive stays.
- Ensure all curated content and experiences adhere to Hilton's brand standards and Conrad Bali's specific luxury requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for enhancing Conrad Bali's guest experience and curation offerings.
- Coordinate with local tourism boards, cultural organizations, and service providers to secure partnerships and exclusive experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality, tourism, or luxury retail sector, focusing on curation, content development, or guest experience management.
- Proven ability to research, source, and present unique local experiences and cultural insights effectively.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with various departments and external partners.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
- Deep understanding of Bali's culture, attractions, and tourism landscape is highly desirable.
- A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
