Production Control Staff *Japanese speaker (Manufacture)

RGF HR Agent is seeking a skilled Production Control Staff member to join our team in Surabaya, East Java. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes and maintaining efficient production workflows. The successful candidate will play a key part in managing day-to-day production activities and facilitating communication with our parent company in Japan, which represents the vast majority of our sales.

About the Role

The Production Control Staff will be responsible for overseeing and managing core production control functions within our manufacturing environment. This position requires a proactive individual capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently and communicating effectively with both internal teams and the Japanese headquarters.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize production schedules to meet operational targets and deadlines.
• Oversee inventory management processes, including stock control and procurement coordination.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and procedures throughout the production cycle.
• Coordinate and communicate production status, issues, and requirements with the Japanese head office.
• Support the resolution of production-related problems and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a production control, manufacturing, or similar operational role.
• Excellent command of the Japanese language, both spoken and written, essential for communication with the Japanese office.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed.
• Understanding of basic production management principles and tools.
