Description

Primary Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies that align with client objectives and WPP’s data‑driven approach.
  • Lead cross‑functional teams comprising creatives, planners, and media specialists to deliver integrated communications solutions.
  • Coordinate campaign planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring to ensure ROI and KPI alignment.
  • Leverage the WPP Open platform and associated data assets to inform audience insights and optimise media mix.
  • Foster strong client relationships by providing strategic counsel, regular reporting, and proactive issue resolution.
  • Identify emerging trends and innovation opportunities to keep client propositions ahead of market shifts.

Required Experience and Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience managing full‑cycle advertising or communications campaigns for high‑profile brands.
  • Demonstrated success in planning and delivering integrated, multi‑channel campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Proficiency with data analytics tools and platforms to derive actionable insights.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of influencing internal and external stakeholders.
  • A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; professional certifications are a plus.
