About the Role

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Referral Executive to play a vital role within our patient care coordination team. This position is crucial for ensuring seamless patient transitions and efficient resource utilization across our Surabaya facilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a genuine commitment to supporting patient pathways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the referral process efficiently, coordinating patient admissions and discharges.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments (e.g., nursing, medical records) and external partners.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient referral records and documentation.
  • Assist in tracking patient flow and identifying potential bottlenecks.
  • Support the implementation and adherence to relevant hospital protocols and standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a healthcare setting, preferably within a hospital or clinical environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English.
  • Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., hospital management systems).
  • Understanding of healthcare processes and patient care coordination principles.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
