About the Role

The Beauty Advisor Team Leader will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Jakarta MT Channel beauty advisors. This includes mentoring and coaching team members, ensuring high standards of customer service, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets. The leader will foster a positive and productive team environment focused on excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
