QA Analyst (Denpasar, Surabaya, Jakarta) Danamon is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst to join our team. This role involves ensuring the integrity and efficiency of our end-to-end processes, particularly within the credit function. You will play a critical role in maintaining compliance and identifying areas for improvement through thorough review and monitoring activities.

About the Role

The QA Analyst will be responsible for conducting comprehensive reviews and monitoring of our end-to-end processes. This includes verifying that all steps align with established procedures and regulatory requirements. A significant focus will be on the credit process, ensuring accuracy and adherence to internal controls and external guidelines. You will generate detailed reports summarizing your findings and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end process reviews to assess compliance and identify inefficiencies or risks.
• Conduct audits specifically focused on the credit process, verifying adherence to assigned procedures and documentation.
• Develop and produce comprehensive audit reports detailing findings, observations, and suggested improvements.
• Collaborate with process owners and stakeholders to communicate findings and facilitate corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate records of all review activities and audit outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a QA, Audit, or Process Improvement role, preferably within a financial services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex processes and identify potential issues.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
• Familiarity with financial processes and internal controls is highly desirable.
