About the Role
You will serve as the primary HR partner for key business units, translating complex HR data and trends into actionable insights. Your core responsibility will be to provide strategic HR support that empowers business leaders to make informed decisions, driving enhanced organizational effectiveness and productivity. You will lead initiatives aimed at identifying opportunities for improvement across people processes and performance metrics.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Provide expert HR guidance and support to senior management and department heads.
- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Lead projects focused on improving employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Collaborate with leadership to design and execute talent strategies, including succession planning.
- Ensure compliance with relevant local labor laws and regulations.
- Facilitate effective communication between HR and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, ideally within the finance or technology sector.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compensation/benefits strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and influence at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant HR qualifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, HRBP certification) preferred.
