Description

As an Intern, Programme Executive with NTUC Health Co‑operative Limited you will join a dedicated team that delivers a comprehensive and integrated suite of quality and accessible health and eldercare services across Singapore. Your role will support programme executives in planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives that enhance the wellbeing of seniors and their families, while providing you with hands‑on experience in the health‑care sector.

Role Overview

The internship places you at the heart of programme delivery, where you will assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of health and eldercare programmes, ensuring they meet regulatory standards and community needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing programme documentation, schedules, and reports for senior staff review.
  • Support the organization of community outreach events, workshops, and health screenings.
  • Conduct research on emerging health trends and eldercare best practices to inform programme design.
  • Coordinate with partners, volunteers, and service providers to facilitate smooth programme execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of participant enrolment, feedback, and outcomes.
  • Help manage budgets and procurement of resources for assigned projects.
  • Provide administrative support, including correspondence, filing, and data entry.
  • Engage with beneficiaries to gather insights and promote programme participation.

Desired Attributes

  • A current enrolment in a relevant diploma or degree programme, preferably in Health Sciences, Social Work, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in health‑care management and eldercare services.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn new digital tools.
