About the Role
The Service Executive position is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency within the Semarang branch. This role involves direct interaction with customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting the overall service delivery framework. Key Responsibilities

- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests accurately and efficiently, seeking resolutions or escalating when necessary.
- Process transactions and service requests according to established procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and account information.

- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and customer experience.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, banking, or a related customer-facing role, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing service gaps.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and a willingness to learn new systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team within a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is advantageous.
