About the Role

You will be the vital link between our international clients and their customers, providing professional and efficient support across Chinese and English language channels. This position requires a customer-centric approach, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate diverse cultural contexts to resolve inquiries and issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and support requests via phone, email, chat, or other specified channels in both Chinese and English.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience and adherence to service standards.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records within the designated systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience when interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds.

Requirements

  • Native or near-native fluency in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or contact center environment, preferably within an international or multilingual setting.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently under pressure in a remote setting.
  • Proficiency with standard customer relationship management (CRM) software and communication tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home-based work environment.
