Senior Accounting and Reporting

Weare seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting and Reporting professional to join the finance team of Kredivo Group in Jakarta. This position plays a pivotal role in ensuring accurate and timely regulatory reporting across the organization, supporting both routine and strategic financial analysis.

About the Role

The incumbent will be responsible for the full cycle of reporting activities, maintaining the integrity of financial data, and delivering insights that drive business decisions. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure compliance with regulatory standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and validate daily, weekly, and monthly financial data for regulatory and BI reporting.
• Produce quarterly and yearly regulatory filings that meet statutory deadlines.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates and dashboards that enhance data accuracy.
• Conduct data reconciliations to guarantee reliability across multiple systems.
• Respond to ad‑hoc analytical requests from stakeholders, delivering timely insights.
• Collaborate with auditors and compliance officers to address inquiries and findings.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact on reporting practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably within a fast‑growing organization.
• Strong command of accounting principles and regulatory reporting frameworks.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and financial software, including advanced Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and a systematic approach to problem‑solving.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
