This role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams to design, implement, and manage high-impact financial solutions. You will collaborate closely with business leaders, technology partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure solutions align with market needs and drive competitive advantage. **Key Responsibilities** * **Strategic Leadership:** Develop and champion the long-term strategy for solution offerings in the APAC region, ensuring alignment with MUFG's global objectives and regional market dynamics. * **Solution Development & Execution:** Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of solution projects, from initial concept and design through to deployment and optimization, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines. * **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Foster strong partnerships with business units, product management, engineering, sales, and marketing to define requirements, prioritize initiatives, and ensure seamless integration of solutions. * **Stakeholder Management:** Build and maintain effective relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and regulatory bodies, to manage expectations and drive successful outcomes. * **Performance & Innovation:** Monitor solution performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and champion innovation to enhance customer experience and operational effectiveness. **Requirements** * **Extensive Experience:** Demonstrated success in a senior leadership role within the financial services industry, particularly in solution development, product management, or a similar strategic function within the APAC region. * **Strategic Acumen:** Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive strategies that deliver measurable business value and competitive differentiation. * **Leadership & Influence:** Exceptional leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and guide diverse teams towards achieving ambitious goals. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * **Technical Understanding:** Strong grasp of financial services technologies, processes, and market trends relevant to the APAC region. * **Communication & Collaboration:** Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to articulate complex ideas clearly and effectively. Proven ability to collaborate across boundaries and cultures. * **Analytical & Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical skills to assess complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
