This mid-managerial role offers the opportunity to shape the brand's presence and drive growth in one of the nation's most vibrant commercial hubs. Based in South Jakarta, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that resonate with local consumers and strengthen Heineken's position as a leading premium beer choice.

About the Role

The Brand Manager will be the strategic guardian of the Heineken® brand in Jakarta, translating market insights into actionable marketing initiatives. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints while maximizing market share and profitability. The role demands a blend of creative thinking, analytical rigor, and strong leadership to navigate the competitive landscape and deliver measurable results for the brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing plan and budget for the Heineken® brand in Jakarta, aligned with overall corporate objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, traditional, and experiential channels to build brand awareness and preference.
  • Manage key brand assets and ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all marketing activities.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities and optimize marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with sales, distribution, and product development teams to ensure marketing strategies support overall business goals.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to senior management on brand health and campaign ROI.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in brand management, preferably within the consumer goods or beverage industry, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of the Indonesian market, consumer behavior, and competitive dynamics.
  • Excellent strategic planning and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Exceptional creativity and conceptual thinking for developing compelling brand narratives and campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and software, including basic digital marketing platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
