About the Role

The Patient Journey Partner in Ophthalmology will play a crucial role in supporting patients throughout their healthcare journey. This position involves collaborating closely with internal teams and potentially external partners to ensure a seamless and positive experience for patients navigating ophthalmic care. The focus is on understanding patient needs and facilitating access to necessary resources and information.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between patients and Roche, providing support and information regarding ophthalmic treatments and services.
• Collaborate with internal teams (such as medical, marketing, or sales) to develop and implement patient support initiatives.
• Facilitate open communication channels to gather patient feedback and insights, helping to improve patient experiences and product understanding.
• Contribute to building genuine connections with patients, fostering trust and understanding throughout their journey.
• Support the dissemination of accurate and empathetic information about ophthalmic health and Roche's offerings.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with diverse individuals.
