Siloam Hospitals Group, a leading healthcare provider in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse to join our team in Tangerang, Banten. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within our Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Coronary Care Unit (CCU), or High Dependency Unit (HDU). The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients during critical phases of their treatment, contributing significantly to positive clinical outcomes and a supportive healing environment.

About the Role

The Nurse will provide direct patient care, collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and manage the unit environment to ensure optimal service delivery. This position requires a strong commitment to patient advocacy, clinical excellence, and adherence to hospital protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and progress.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accuracy and safety.
  • Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and organized ICU/CCU/HDU environment conducive to patient recovery.
  • Provide emotional support and clear communication to patients and their families, addressing concerns and questions.
  • Collaborate effectively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Document patient care accurately and timely in accordance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and safety standards at all times.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license in Indonesia.
  • Proven experience, preferably in ICU, CCU, or HDU settings.
  • Strong clinical skills in critical care nursing, including monitoring and managing complex patients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
