About the Role

The Barista will be the face of our coffee service, responsible for preparing a variety of coffee and tea beverages according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines. This position requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, attention to detail in beverage preparation, and maintaining a clean and inviting work environment. The role involves direct interaction with customers, taking orders, processing payments, and managing the coffee station efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee, tea, and related beverages following established recipes and quality standards.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, handling payments and managing the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized work area, including the coffee station, utensils, and equipment.
• Ensure prompt service and positive customer interactions, addressing inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
• Restock supplies and manage inventory of coffee beans, syrups, dairy products, and other necessary items.

Requirements

• Minimum of one (1) year of proven experience working as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing beverage preparation role.
• Age limit: Applicants must be under 35 years old at the time of application.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor when interacting with customers.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage menu items.
