About the Role

The Manufacturing Business Process Analyst will play a pivotal role in analyzing, designing, and implementing improvements to manufacturing and business processes. This involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, and supply chain, to understand current workflows, gather requirements, and develop solutions that drive efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze existing manufacturing and business processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Develop detailed process maps, flowcharts, and documentation to clearly define current and future state processes.
• Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to gather, interpret, and present process performance metrics and insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define process requirements, gather feedback, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Design, test, and implement process changes, including workflow modifications and system integrations.
• Provide ongoing support for process monitoring, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all process changes align with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and operational goals.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst, particularly within a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dissect complex processes and derive actionable insights from data.
• Excellent understanding of business process modeling, mapping, and improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Ability to communicate complex process information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency in using process analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) and data analysis software (e.g., Excel, SQL).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
