The Security Operation Support Staff provides essential administrative and operational backing to key areas including company permits, outsourcing arrangements, and the management of security personnel. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support for the processing and maintenance of company permits and licenses.
  • Assist in the coordination and management of outsourcing processes and vendor relationships.
  • Handle the administration of security personnel records, including scheduling, payroll support, and personnel documentation.
  • Ensure all operational activities related to permits, outsourcing, and security personnel are conducted efficiently and in full compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases for permits, outsourcing contracts, and security personnel information.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal departments and external partners to resolve administrative queries and support operational needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum educational qualification of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience, ideally 1-2 years, in an administrative, operational, or support role within a corporate setting, particularly involving permits, contracts, or personnel administration.
  • Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company information.
