About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute significantly to the customer experience and product strategy within a globally recognized leader in semiconductor manufacturing equipment. The Senior Product Specialist will collaborate closely with the Global Customer Operations Group, providing expert product knowledge and insights to support customer engagements, technical discussions, and the development of tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep expertise in assigned product lines and their applications within the semiconductor industry.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including sales, marketing, and engineering) to support customer presentations, technical evaluations, and solution development.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer technical inquiries and provide expert guidance on product capabilities and implementation.
• Contribute to the development of customer-facing materials, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Support the identification of customer needs and opportunities for product improvement or new solution development.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical product specialist, application engineer, or similar role within the semiconductor, electronics manufacturing, or related high-tech industry.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate customer requirements into actionable product insights.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to working within cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
