About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and evaluate long-term market scenarios and policy options to support Singapore's greenhouse gas reduction targets and energy security objectives.
- Provide expert insights and strategic advice to senior management and policymakers on market design, regulatory frameworks, and investment priorities related to sustainable energy transitions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, industry partners, and international bodies to share knowledge and stay abreast of global best practices in energy market transformation.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related quantitative field, with significant experience in energy market analysis or climate policy.
- Proven track record of 8+ years in senior-level energy market analysis, policy development, or climate change mitigation strategies, with demonstrated impact.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including proficiency in advanced statistical modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning techniques.
