Analyst, Logistic Operation (Surabaya)

We seek a dedicated Analyst, Logistic Operation to join our team in Surabaya, East Java, contributing to the efficient and effective movement of our products.

About the Role

In this pivotal position, you will play a key role in optimizing our logistics operations within the Surabaya region. You will be responsible for analyzing operational data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and supporting the implementation of solutions that enhance efficiency and service levels.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze logistics data (e.g., transportation, warehousing, inventory) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and potential areas for improvement.
• Support the development and execution of logistics plans and strategies for the Surabaya operation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., warehouse, transportation, sales) to ensure smooth material flow and meet customer requirements.
• Utilize analytical tools and software to model scenarios, forecast demand, and evaluate the impact of proposed changes.
• Prepare clear reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for management.
• Assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations and report on progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or a related analytical role, preferably within a manufacturing or consumer goods environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis, statistical methods, and the use of relevant software (e.g., Excel, potentially other BI tools).
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Understanding of basic supply chain principles and logistics processes is advantageous.
