The Hair&Style position involves creating innovative hairstyles and providing exceptional client service. You will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their needs, executing a variety of cutting, coloring, and styling techniques, and maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough client consultations to determine hair care goals and preferences. * Perform a range of hair services including cutting, coloring, perming, and styling. * Stay current with emerging hair trends and techniques to offer innovative solutions. * Ensure all salon stations and tools are clean and sanitized before and after use. * Provide excellent customer service, building rapport and encouraging repeat business. * Collaborate effectively with salon team members to maintain a positive work environment. Requirements: * Recent graduate or equivalent qualification in Hair Styling or a related field. * Proven experience in providing hair services to clients (preferred but not mandatory). * Strong understanding of current hair trends, color theory, and styling techniques. * Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon setting. * Valid professional license or certification (if applicable in your region). * Passion for the beauty industry and a commitment to continuous learning.
