About the Role

• Conduct thorough on-site inspections and surveys of insured properties and assets.
• Prepare detailed and accurate survey reports documenting findings and conditions.
• Collaborate effectively with claims adjusters, loss prevention teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards during all survey activities.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and third parties involved in the claims process.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled property inspections as required by the claims department.
• Document survey findings through photographs, measurements, and written descriptions.
• Prepare comprehensive survey reports within agreed timeframes and submit them for review.
• Coordinate with local authorities or other relevant parties when necessary for access or information.
• Contribute to the overall efficiency and accuracy of the claims settlement process.

Requirements

• Minimum educational background: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience in property surveying or a similar role, preferably within the insurance or construction sector.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately document physical conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic surveying tools and techniques.
