About the Role
The Bar N Cook is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and light meals within the bar area, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. This position requires a strong understanding of bar operations and a commitment to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of light bar snacks and small plates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area and service station.
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all customers.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and bar equipment.
