About the Role

The Bar N Cook is responsible for preparing and serving beverages and light meals within the bar area, ensuring exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean, efficient workspace. This position requires a strong understanding of bar operations and a commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of light bar snacks and small plates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area and service station.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and professional service to all customers.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

• Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality or food service industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation techniques and bar equipment.
