About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Calculate and verify figures related to food inventories, order quantities, and associated costs.
• Maintain clear, organized, and accessible records for all inventory reports and invoices.
• Ensure all procurement-related documentation is filed accurately and promptly.
• Support the procurement team with data entry and report generation tasks.
• Collaborate with warehouse and logistics teams to confirm inventory accuracy.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a purchasing, procurement, or inventory management role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data handling.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
