Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that communicate key performance indicators to senior leadership.
• Prepare detailed slide decks and reports covering financial metrics, operational performance, and market insights for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including merchandising, marketing, and supply chain to align pricing initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform pricing adjustments and promotional strategies.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all analytical outputs, adhering to ShopeeFood's data governance standards.

Qualifications

The candidate should possess a strong foundation in business analytics, economics, or a related discipline, with several years of experience in demand planning or pricing strategy within a fast‑moving consumer goods or e‑commerce environment. Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, advanced Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Tableau or PowerBI is required. Strong presentation skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations are essential.
