About the Role

The HRGA Specialist - Chinese Speaker will play a crucial role in facilitating communication and operational support between the Surabaya-based company and its Chinese parent organization. This position requires a bilingual professional with strong Chinese language skills to bridge communication gaps and ensure smooth collaboration on HRGA (Human Resources Generalist and Administrative) functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking stakeholders, including management and HRGA teams, ensuring clear and accurate communication.
• Support the execution of HRGA processes, potentially including recruitment coordination, employee relations, and administrative tasks, with a focus on cross-cultural communication.
• Assist in the translation and interpretation of HRGA-related documents and communications between English and Chinese.
• Collaborate with local and international teams to address HRGA inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with Chinese partners.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Chinese speaker with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proven experience in HRGA functions, ideally within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a bilingual and multicultural setting.
• Understanding of basic HRGA principles and administrative procedures.
• Relevant educational background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
