About the Role

• Provide comprehensive logistics and operational support to facilitate the smooth functioning of CRIS programmes and projects.
• Coordinate and manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of essential resources, materials, and equipment required for clinical research activities.
• Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including research teams, project managers, and external partners, to resolve operational challenges and improve service delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels, track resource utilization, and report on operational performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in logistics, operations, or a similar role within a healthcare, clinical research, or R&D environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and procurement processes.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite).
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
