This position is integral to ensuring the seamless execution of clinical research and innovation initiatives by managing critical logistics and operational processes. About the Role
- Provide comprehensive logistics and operational support to facilitate the smooth functioning of CRIS programmes and projects.
- Coordinate and manage the procurement, storage, and distribution of essential resources, materials, and equipment required for clinical research activities.
- Develop and implement efficient operational processes to enhance productivity and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including research teams, project managers, and external partners, to resolve operational challenges and improve service delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels, track resource utilization, and report on operational performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in logistics, operations, or a similar role within a healthcare, clinical research, or R&D environment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and procurement processes.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., ERP systems, MS Office Suite).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks (e.g., clinical trial regulations) is advantageous.
