Staff Maintenance (MEP)

Ubud Raw Chocolate and Cacao, a company dedicated to crafting premium raw chocolate and cacao products, is seeking a skilled Staff Maintenance (MEP) professional to join their team in Denpasar, Bali. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of the company's facilities, supporting their commitment to quality and natural production processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and repair of the company's MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems. This includes troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving issues with heating, ventilation, air conditioning, electrical distribution, and water supply systems to minimize downtime and maintain a safe, functional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled and reactive maintenance on MEP systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
• Diagnose faults, repair equipment, and replace components as necessary within the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks to prevent system failures.
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff and potentially external contractors to manage repairs and upgrades.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts used.
• Ensure all work adheres to relevant safety regulations and company procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience in MEP maintenance, including hands-on repair and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in maintenance engineering or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Familiarity with common MEP systems and tools used in industrial or commercial settings.
• Excellent communication skills to report issues clearly and collaborate effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including potentially evenings or weekends, to address urgent maintenance needs.
