Description

You will spearheadimpactful organisational transformation and employee experience initiatives, driving systematic change to elevate engagement and wellbeing while fostering a resilient and high-performing workforce. This pivotal role involves designing and implementing strategic interventions that align with the Ministry of Manpower's objectives, ensuring sustainable improvements in operational effectiveness and employee satisfaction. You will collaborate with senior leadership to diagnose organisational challenges, develop evidence-based solutions, and cultivate a culture of continuous learning and adaptability. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping policies and practices that enhance productivity, retention, and overall organisational health.

About the Role

You will lead the design, development, and execution of capability and organisation development strategies to support the Ministry's mission. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting organisational assessments and diagnostic analyses to identify areas for improvement in structure, processes, and culture.
  • Developing and implementing change management frameworks to facilitate smooth transitions during organisational shifts.
  • Designing and delivering training, development programs, and leadership initiatives to build organisational capability.
  • Collaborating with business units to align development efforts with strategic goals and operational needs.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of development interventions and reporting on outcomes.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in organisational development, HR transformation, or a related discipline within a complex organisational setting.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives and managing stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse audiences at all levels.
  • Experience in developing and implementing employee engagement and wellbeing strategies.
  • Knowledge of Singapore's employment landscape and relevant regulatory frameworks.
