Procurement

The Procurement Specialist will oversee and execute the end‑to‑end purchasing, sourcing, and contract management strategies for all packages during the construction phase of our Data Center project in Jakarta. This role is central to ensuring that all materials, services, and utilities are acquired efficiently, cost‑effectively, and in full compliance with project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for civil, mechanical, electrical, and specialty packages required for data center construction.
• Manage the full procurement cycle, from market analysis and vendor selection to purchase order issuance and receipt verification.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers, ensuring competitive rates while mitigating risk.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, project management, and finance teams to align procurement activities with project milestones.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage delivery schedules, and resolve any issues that could impact construction progress.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and reporting for audit and governance purposes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of three years of experience in procurement or purchasing within large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, contract law, and cost‑control principles.
• Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
