We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, specializing in SAP Security and GRC within our ETP (Enterprise Transformation & Performance) practice. **About the Role** This role offers the opportunity to apply deep expertise in SAP Security and GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) to drive significant value for our clients. You will be at the forefront of helping organizations enhance their security posture, manage risks effectively, and ensure robust compliance frameworks are in place. Your work will directly contribute to building trust and resilience for our clients' critical operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide expert advisory and implementation support for SAP Security and GRC solutions. * Design, configure, and optimize SAP security landscapes and GRC tools to meet client requirements. * Lead security assessments, audits, and remediation planning for SAP environments. * Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for client teams on SAP security and GRC best practices. * Collaborate closely with clients and internal project teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored solutions. * Ensure solutions adhere to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and Deloitte's security protocols. * Contribute to the development of Deloitte's SAP Security and GRC methodologies and thought leadership. **Requirements** * Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in SAP Security and GRC, including hands-on configuration and implementation. * Demonstrated expertise in SAP Security tools (e.g., SAP Security Management, SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Identity Management) and related technologies. * Strong understanding of SAP security architecture, authorization concepts, and GRC frameworks. * Experience in leading security projects, including assessments, audits, and remediation initiatives. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. * Ability to work collaboratively within a diverse, global team environment. * Relevant certifications (e.g., SAP Security, GRC, or equivalent) are advantageous.
