About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Technician to join our team in Bekasi. This position involves working on the development, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment. You will collaborate closely with engineers and other technicians to ensure the reliability, safety, and performance of our products and processes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical foundation and a proactive approach to problem-solving within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, and equipment.
• Conduct routine inspections and diagnostic tests to identify and resolve electrical faults or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement new electrical designs and modifications.
• Ensure all work adheres to established safety protocols, electrical codes, and quality standards.
• Document maintenance activities, repair procedures, and system specifications accurately.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to electrical systems and processes.

Requirements

• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Technician or in a similar role, preferably within an industrial or manufacturing context.
• Strong practical knowledge of electrical principles, circuitry, and testing equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals.
